PBJ & Associates has been established to enable the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery, system processes and triple bottom line risk assessment. Our aim is to provide a strategic, long term approach to implement systems and projects which will improve performance.
Our main area of expertise is in the water industry and within that context we assist our clients with strategic planning, information systems, project implementation and management and systems review and improvement.
